Old Mutual SHOCKING - Pick Discovery and stay away from Francois "Supeman" Ellis

If I could give zero I would, even minus 10. Francois Ellis "Superman" persuaded us to switch from Discovery to Old Mutual promising a R600 save each month and better pros. We ended up paying R1800 MORE!!!! But apart from that was promised a seamless change over that you don't need to worry, he has done it many times and knows exactly how to get the timing right. I've been paying double debit orders for 2 months and his response was "that is unfortunate go to the bank to reverse the debit order". I feel it' their responsibility to refund my money and the burden shouldn't fall on me. We were promised false lies and now have to deal with the increase tariff and also paying Discovery and Old mutual, which we have now cancelled, but yet they deduct debit orders. We want this rectified, otherwise we are going to report him, as he also put additional things on that we did NOT request to gain commission (like the previous Wilco Esterhuizen which we told him what happened, yet he did the same!!!! How lame!)
