Old Mutual SHOCKING and ZERO service

The service from Old Mutual is utterly SHOCKING! I sent my enquiry regarding my unclaimed policy in May, they contacted me and required a bunch of documents. I sent through all of the documents on 14th of June ... then again on the 22 June, then AGAIN in July, and still NO ANSWER. I have left messages on their call center at least 4 times, when I phone the local office the phone gets dropped in my ear!!

PLEASE RESPOND!!
