Old Mutual shatters my investment dream

I wanted to save more this year, and in January I went to Old Mutual offices to increase my investment from R500 to R1500, little did I knew that I'm spoiling everything

The R1500 invest was supposed to commence in March via a salary stop order

Old Mutual never submitted the new stop order to my HR department, instead they keep on refunding my old R500 existing investment, meaning I have no investment at the moment and yet my aim was to save more than I was saving

I had a long chat with Old Mutual consul who promise that everything will be sorted but that didn't yield any results

I visited offices and the consultant at the branch was helpless

I've never seen such an *********** company and now I'll be taking my investment elsewhere my wish to have so much money invested by has gone down the drain
