OLD MUTUAL SHARES **** OR NOT

I am writing this on behalf of my mom, Anna Kgaphola, born 18 February 1939, In 1994, old mutual gave free shares to their clients, my mother was one of those who got those shares but in the year 2003 her policy lapsed bcos she was no longer able to pay so she wanted to cash her shares but she was sent from pillar to post, she got tied by that, in 2020 if not 2021 she tried again was given a phone number same thing happened this time was worse bcos she was told that bcos of covid they were working from home she was not helped, in all these years she got nothing from this company to date, she is now 83 years, please help my mom get her shares if it was not a ****
