Old mutual severe illness misrepresentation

Greenlight and in particular the serious illness benefit is useless and misleading. Have this useless product for over 15 years and recently had angioplasty done. Policy clearly covers this illness. Forwarded the claim form, I'D, proof of bank and specialist report which I paid over R1000 for. I thought it was a clear cut process. After few weeks old mutual sent me another lenghty form for the GP to complete and it requires a few years of history. It's now 2 months and I have heard nothing. Thank God I am alive and wonder how families feel when these rogue companies delay funeral and other claims when a death occurs. Save ur money opposed to useless insurance like thi
