OLD MUTUAL - SETTLEMENT LETTER

<p> I have been requesting a settlement letter and to date I still have not received it - I am transferred/referred to someone different each time - I NEED IT TODAY!! Is there anyone that can help?? Surely it shoudl be so hard to obtain especially as I want to PAY!</p>
