Old Mutual Services (Section 14 transfers)

I requested to transfer my Retirement monies from another insurance company to Old Mutual. We have been waiting since the 24th of July 2018 for their retirement department to sign a form H in order to finalize the transfer and to date Old Mutual cannot sign a simple form and provide it back to the transferring fund.....THIS IS MADNESS! The service is pathetic. It is impossible to get hold of the persons in charge to sign off this form, and absolutely no feedback is provided. Starting to think that I made a mistake to transfer my money to Old Mutual!
