Old Mutual Services

I've being trying to cash out my retirement annuity with Old Mutual. I sent the first mail on the 25th of March. Never heard anything back from them. Decided to phone today and what a mission. First Lady promised to let me know at 12pm as soon as she received my mail but never did. I phoned again at 15h00 and got told that something was wrong on the document I had filled in. I fixed the problem and then sent it back but nobody got back to me. I phoned again and the lady told me she couldn't find my email either. Then put the phone down on me when I said that I wasn't getting feedback from them. Very disappointed in Old Mutual won't advise anyone to invest or deal with them.
