Old Mutual Service sucks ; Royally

Their service sucks; royally. I have spent 2 days now trying to get a statement of my life cover. Unable to get my requirements via their cumbersome illogical website, went to multiple long calls holding on, from one number to the next, + leaving call me backs. Not received 1 call me back. worst of all, on a Friday number thought I got lucky in them answering the phone after 12 minutes only to be told they do not have a life policy in my name, even though they happily accept payment for it from my company. Hopefully I can get the correct attention by complaining here.
