Old Mutual Service Pathetic
This message is for all: Prior to PURCHASING A PRODUCT: Phone the client help desk and the claims department and see how many times you have to make the same call and how long you have to wait for service only to receive the incorrect documents to complete. This should be done prior to PURCHASE A PRODUCT. See for yourself. My experience: The service SUCKS. I will never deal with Old Mutual again.
