Old Mutual service os appalling
I would never recommend Old Mutual to anyone. The horrible experience is not only for external customers but it is internal as well. I requested transfer of my pension fund to my new employer(still within the Group) and I am getting different responses each day. The lies I am fed on a daily basis are actually disgusting. Old Mutual needs to do better
