OLD MUTUAL SERVICE DROPPED TO 0 LEVEL

Old mutual service has dropped to 0 level . It frustrates their clients to 100% 1. I opened a policy but it reflects twice with the same names and different policy no. 2.Sent them an email to request a premium holiday and it has been a week i have not had any response . I queried but never got assistance .
