Old Mutual Service Delivery - Like a phoenix rising from the ashes

After posting a 1 star review in January about my service experience with Old Mutual I can happily say that what happened next was a complete shock. I received a private message from the complaints department (I wont mention names due to privacy) but the agent took control of the process and handled my request to its completion. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and I could not be more happier with the service I received after the initial review. Great Work.
