Old Mutual service centre is redundant!!!
I submitted a request to withdraw from my tax free savings. Although the application was seamless, I can’t seem to access any of their service consultants to check on the progress of my request. I’ve been calling everyday since Tuesday the 23rd but with no luck. Today I waited for over 30 minutes and my call was still not answered.
