Old Mutual Section 14 Manager

My Liberty Life Broker (Liberty Life is really professional and polite) has been emailing Old Mutual Section 14 department since May 2025. Old Mutual did not reply ONCE. I called Old Mutual myself and was met with rude customer service employees. One of them told me to lay my complaint with a Manager at Section 14 Department. I called over 70 times since May 2025, they drop the call while I am holding, they are rude and I have never been transferred to the Section 14 Manager. There is no direct line as well. Communication is done strictly by email to section 14. I have no idea what to do anymore. I am so glad I am with Discovery and Liberty Life
