Old Mutual Sec14 Out don't deliver at no requests!!!
Since May 2024 a request of transfer was sent to Old Mutual for months there are no feedback from the, the emails don't get answered, we are going to reach a full year to transfer a client's 3 paid-up retirement annuities, it seems Old Mutual are holding client's funds at ransom. Even telephonic engagement has returned no joy in completion of the requested valid requests.
