Old Mutual ********

My passed on yesterday and Old Mutual cancelled my policies with 1 Month in Arrears on a fault not on my side since i pay them via Stop from the employer . As we speak the undertaker is holding her body to ransom despite having her on the policies for 11 years just one month skip policies cancelled ! By Old Mutual violating Insurance Law which is clear a policy can be cancelled through lapse after being unpaid for 3 months and 10 days on the 4th month Old Mutual did that in less than 2 months . The people who brought the body at a branch (Old Mutual) cannot be faulted i asked 3 insurers they all agree that policies are cancelled after 3 months. The next route is the INSURANCE OMSBUD to report this arrogant insurer and Twitter maybe people will assist me .

Im so hurt by this action after being loyal for 11 years however justice will prevail all i want is to bury my mother .
