Old mutual ********

I have never seen *********** service provider like old mutual. My wife, she is a Policy holder and I am a payer. The debited the money on the 15 of January 2023. Today when I call them they say can't find the policy with my wife I'd number, Policy number. The call call took 3 hours and I have been transferred from pillar to pillar. They have no knowledge of their products.
