Old Mutual ****med me
They made me take investment, and I could withdraw and get my money within 2 days in case of emergency, so I saved R300 for 9 months, going to withdraw.. I only got R1660 instead of R2700 without interest.. Thats R1000 gone!! Nobody explained anything, i called their centre they hung up my calls, I am not going to let this go. ? No more anything with old mutual, you are ***** and *********.

I refer to your complaint that was also placed on Facebook.
The matter was investigated by Belinda Hunt, who provided you with a letter confirming how we arrived at the value. You however remain unhappy and requested that she forward the matter to the Office of Internal Arbitration. They are investigating the matter and will provide a response.
We will however close the complaint on Hellopeter due to the fact that the Office of Internal Arbitration is now dealing with it.
