Old mutual ****

Old mutual demand a payment I made in April 2017.I made a loan at Capitec and Capitec suggested that they paid Old Mutual full amount so that I have to pay them alone. I even wrote an email to Old mutual demanding reversal of the monthly deduction. I even went for debt review in 2018 and no Old mutual account appeared under my name because I didn't owed anything. I have retirement plan with them and I can't wait to cancel it as they show me they are ******. I hate everything about them
