Old Mutual ****

I'm not very happy with old mutual. I WANT my money. I went in on the 10th of March to claim from my policy. I still haven't received my money even today on the 1st of April. They say the money was deposited into a Capitec account on the 15th of March which isn't my account. I submitted a Nedbank statement with my account number and everything was captured correctly at the branch.

Head office twisted the accounts for whatever reason and now they've went silent on me. No communication what's so ever. My home plans are stuck in limbo because now I don't have money to pay the attorneys. I don't understand Why they're making their mistake my problem.

I need solutions. I want my money or I'm taking this further.
