Old Mutual savings account

Good day.... I am so disappointed with Old Mutual service from Carnival mall. I submitted my 1st withdrawal in March and waited for my funds to be released For 2 months without feedback, I went there 3 times to complain and still my funds were not released.

Now for the second time I went to release my funds on the 10th Of May and the consultant found that My profile was not loaded properly and fixed my account but 10 days later my funds are not released... I'm so frustrated and stuck needing money urgently and now have to get a loan meanwhile I have savings... I do not advise people to save with Od mutual as it's not productive..
