Old Mutual Sales ladies rip you off - what you ask for and what you get is just pathetic!

<p>I contacted your sales office to be told that I would have comprehensive cover for R157. Lo and behold- I know have three policies and three different amounts going off- I am battling to get a response from OLD Mutal since 1 July- all I get is refernce numbers and no responses- GSENQ ********** and CCC ********** 7 and GSENQ ********** - please cancel the policies for R44 and R177 and just leave my initial policy for R70 odd.</p> <p>I have emailed Kay Jardine as well with no feedback.</p> <p>If you guys can take the time to listen to the sales call- you will hear that I referred to my initial policy and wanted everything to be linked.</p> <p>All I want now is to have the two policies for R44 and R117 to be cancelled from inception and to have the refund processed within 5 working days.</p> <p><br />I am not impressed with the service at all.</p>
