OLD MUTUAL SA is a ****.

Old mutual is a **** and I would not recommend them to anyone after the experience I had. After they had been debiting from my account for over a year for the 3 policies I had with them which I have now cancelled and have to fight to get my hard earned money. When I needed access to some of the funds I was told they can not pay back into the same account?? How is that even possible and why was this not disclosed to me in the beginning. My so called financial adviser says he was not aware of this and all I get is an apology now its become my problem. This is totally unacceptable and why should the client have to pay for their staff incompetence's. I even had to open another account(which I don't need) as they advised but still they have a problem with that and still refuse to pay me back my money. Now you wonder if ever I was to pass was my family going to get anything from Old Mutual as I had a life cover and had to cancel that as well and that's money gone down the drain?? They will frustrate you and stress you emotionally just so you give up fighting so they wont pay. And sadly that is how such institutions make money. On they twitter and facebook page they many complaints of people who have claimed and don't gotten their monies and some ********** cases as well. I don't know if i will ever get my money back but one thing for sure is i wont keep quiet until they do the right thing and give us what is rightfully ours. #oldmutualSApaybackourmonies
