Old Mutual SA are ************* and unreliable

No trust for Old Mutual Superfund!!! Eight weeks after my employer submitted my documents for withdrawal of my provident fund Ild Mutual still has not processed my claim. They **** to me on 4 January 2023 and told me all documents were received and that the claim would be processed in 15 working days! On 17 January I followed up then they told me no documents had been received and that they had not even requested the required documents as was their responsibility to do! I sourced the relevant documents myself and sent it off to them and have had no response from them that they have received it or are looking into it!! I am following up everyday and I get the same response it has been escalated but nothing is being done! As a result they are placing my family in financial distress
