Old Mutual's terrible service!!!

<p>I cancelled my savings policy with Old Mutual. I spoke to 6 employees of Old Mutual, some of them will get back to you and that never happens. All 6 of them have 6 different stories about when they will pay out. I emailed Old Mutual the day before yesterday and yesterday I went to a branch of them the lady told me I must wait 15 working days there is nothing I can do the money will be paid out. But then yesterday afternoon they rep**** my email saying that I must fill in a form. I'm confused of what I must do and when you call the call centre you wait atleast 10 minutes before speaking to somebody that are putting you thru and you wait another 10 minutes and that person can't even give you the right information. </p>
