Old mutual *****s from pensioners
Hi. I have been a pensioner of old mutual for ten years. They have paid pensions on 20th or 21st for this period. This month they decide, without prior discussion. To revert to agreed contract date of 25th. While I accept they are legally correct this is benefitting from poor pensioners to earn additional interest for 5 days. If they had advised this change in advance I would understand but I am financially embarassed by this sudden switch

21 Apr 2023, 13:48I have been in the phone to your service department. They continually advise that it is correct in terms of the policy. I agree. But it is inappropriate to make a significant change like this without notifying the client!
