After a month after I complained about old mutual on this platform and my matter has been resolved. I got another email again saying I just joined a policy and i noticed that the beneficiaries where people I dont know, same as last time . When I ask old mutual to cancel the policy they making me to go through a long process of printing, scanning and emailing documents which it's costly and time consuming am tired of old mutual ****s
