Old mutual ****s

I canceled my policies with old mutual June 2022 and only discovered in Oct 2023 that it's not canceled. Old Mutual then admitted it was their mistake and paid me back an amount of R1700, whereas they owe me about R10 500, could be more. I've gotten no communication from them even if I do phone and email on a regular basis. I can not go in to.their.offices as no one where I should go. I an fed up. I've asked for a pay breakdown in writing I am still waiting. They are *****, and useless. Bunch of ****s all if them
