Old Mutual ruining my future

I have had a loan with Old Mutual for the last five years. After deducting and making payment my credit report is still not being update and when calling no one can help because apparently they can only update once its full paid what kind of nonsense is this?/ <br> <br> My score is low and my whole future is on the brink of being ruined because of this company. I am sick and tired of them.
