Old Mutual robs me from my policy money.

I've joined an Education Plan with old Mutual on the 01 January 2020 through Siphiwo Nyabaza and my first premium was deducted on the 28 February 2020. Not even once was I sent a statement to updated me with how much I have saved, it's difficult to get hold of Siphiwo. I have requested for a statement, it has not been emailed to me till this day. Today I called Siphiwo on a number that he provided me with, I did not get hold of him, the lady I spoke to assisted me where she could & told me that the right person to speak to is Siphiwo. I got so irritated & decided to terminate this policy. I asked the lady, how much have i saved so far. she told me it's not visible on her side & she told me that i will get a penalty of R300 for termination of contact but i need to go to one of the branches to terminate the contract. On Saturday (23.01.2021) I went to Old Mutual Orange Farm branch and I was told that only R200.80 (two thousand and eighty rand) will transferred into my account. While I have been saving R300 from February 2020. Meaning that it should be R300 X11 months = R3 000 - R300 (December missed payment) - R300 (penalty) = R2400. So I must accept R200.80. what happens to the R400?

Old Mutual has such poor service, the guy who assisted me in Old Mutual could not even retrieve my statement instead he asked me to call Old Mutual customer service while I went to a branch for a service. OLD MUTUAL IS BAD NEWS.
