Old Mutual *******

I have max investment with Old Mutual and I was informed that I can withdraw the funds as they are below R7000. I have tried several times to withdraw the funds in 2020 and submitted all documents but I did not receive the money. On the 17 October 2021 I contacted old mutual call centre and i was informed my funds have been withdrawn and it is unknown to who the funds were paid too. I have not received proper information about this funds. Bring back my money.

I have received response on the 21 of October 2021 from old mutual, BILQEES CARELSE that my inquiry was forwarded to processing office. How long it takes for old mutual to process the funds.
