Old Mutual - *******

I recently changed employers and asked Old Mutual to transfer my old pension amount to my new pension scheme. This process was extremely difficult as every time I called a call centre or sent an email I was given the run around. I eventually sent the contact details of the new pension fund to Ganief Seymore. I received a payment from OM in my current account, obviously about 45% was taken out for tax. I am now sitting with a pension fund 45% lower than when I left my previous employer all because Old Mutual never followed the requested process, and I cannot get through to anyone who can assist me.
