Old Mutual ****** my father broad daylight!

In 2012 my father app**** for a consolidation loan from Old Mutual and no one had communicated with him if it was successful or not. He then went to apply for debt review with another provider which reflected that he owed Old Mutual R 110 000 of which he never received. He was told it was paid to all hes outstanding accounts but no payments were received. Today he has paid a total of R 76 000 to Old Mutual for an account he never even used and still continues to pay all the other accounts which were supposedly paid by Old Mutual. - Ref ********** 001
