Old Mutual ripping people off
Old Mutual is a ****. I took out an educational policy in June 2022 and have been paying R500 a month, 21 months later the money is sitting on R9300.00 and i am being told that there are service fees deducted monthly from my policy. Something someone conviniently forgot to mention bceaue if that is the case i could have just put the money in my bank account seeing that there is also no interest accumilating. I am cancelling this policy becasue it's evident that one of these days the money would have grown legs

31 Mar 2024, 16:05Old Mutual said they rep**** privately but guess what they sent me some attachment supposedly with a breakdown of my investment which I had to open using my ID number, surprise, surprise my ID number doesn't match with whatever password they used that's if the attachment was mine to begin with. This insurer is a joke and no wonder people are feeling so insecure about the legitimacy of this company
