Old Mutual ripped me off, and decided to still make money off me

I had a saving policy with Old Mutual where I was saving R500 a month and did so for about 10 months. I went to an Old Mutual branch to withdraw all funds from my savings and close the policy. To my shock, I was informed that I will not get all the premiums I had paid into the policy! And this was never explained to me! To top it all off, I was forced into opening an account, because according to them, they can only pay the money into their Money Account! First they don't give me all my money and secondly, they force a sale on me. Pitiful! Old Mutual management need to explain to me why they operate this way. Why they are so underhanded. Coz imagine how many people they have done this to! I want the rest of my money back!
