Old Mutual Rewards - that you cannot even use.

Old Mutual Reward nonsense.... try to redeem your rewards points and you get a pop up message saying to send a copy of your ID (says nothing about certified) and proof of residence not older than 3 months.... actually do what they ask and they'll then say it must be certified and the LETTER FROM THE AGENCY THAT YOU HAVE A LEASE WITH is not even accepted.. NOOOO, they want a bank statement. Send certified ID - and that also isn't good enough because it isn't dated (but hey... I use the same certified copies with tenders and they have no issues.
