OLD MUTUAL REWARDS REVIEW

I got a call from Old Mutual Rewards agent, who congratulated me for winning 100,000 points from their 175th birthday celebration competition. Ever since that call on 29 October 2020 I have not been able to login. I keep getting an error message. I have contacted the call centre, I have sent emails and was told the technical team is resolving the issue. Up to now, almost two weeks later, I still cannot access my account. I can login perfectly on all the other Old Mutual services except my rewards. How long does it take the technical team to resolve? Why is it suddenly that I cannot login?
