Old Mutual Rewards Program
Old Mutual has a rewards program that does not work. After several phone calls for the past 3 weeks my rewards profile is still blocked. I sent several emails regarding this 2 weeks ago and to date no one has rep****. Why run a rewards program when the staff don't know what they doing? I have always known Old Mutual for their *********** behavior even when I had my policies with them. They absolutely terrible.
