Old Mutual Rewards Misleading Points on Moneyversity

I am very disappointed with Old Mutual Rewards because the Moneyvarsity platform is not giving the correct points as advertised. I completed activities like reading articles, watching videos, and answering course quizzes. The green circle clearly shows “10 Points” before starting, but after finishing and pressing “Get Rewards”, I only receive 1 point. I already contacted support via email, but their response did not explain why I received only 1 point instead of 10. According to the Moneyversity points allocation board, these activities should give 10 points. If the Terms and Conditions have been updated, then the points allocation board should also be updated otherwise it is misleading and unfair. It is clear that Moneyversity as a whole is not rewarding points correctly. Many activities, including watching videos and completing quizzes, now give far fewer points than advertised. This system is misleading because before doing an activity it tells you the points you will earn, but at the end you get the wrong points, which feels like being ******. Can someone tell me what is happening? I am asking Old Mutual Rewards to fix this issue and credit the correct points, and to ensure the points displayed match the points actually awarded.
