Old mutual rewards ****!!!!!

Old rewards is a waste of time really after multiple times trying to use a wi-code at a dischem store i finally decided to try to use it online to see if it will work , however the online department advised that the voucher needs to be used in store so the very next door i go into the store to try again as the date was close to expiry only to be told that the voucher code in store was in valid , than they resolved this yesterday however the code expired yesterday now old mutual saying that the points are now forfeited yet the error was on their side its so embarrassing to even go into the dis-chem store after been there so many times plus all the traveling costs , effort wasted. Old mutual rewards is nothing but lies **** rewards that are never valid , i even have proof from dischem store that voucher is invalid.
