Old mutual rewards

I am so disappointed, Someone who joined old mutual rewards told me about old mutual rewards. I joined with the hope that I will get the same benefits. I did most of the task on their page and earn great points. But in order to activate I had to sent my documents which I did, they ended by giving me a reference number for my query with no any other response. A week later I called them only for them to tell me all my documents are in order and they have escalated my query to the relevant department and they will respond within 7 working days. Upto today still no response my points are still not active and it's been weeks with no update. I guess since I am not a paying client I will never get the right treatment.
