Old Mutual Rewards a ****

I had so many points and i could not redeem them, they told me to send my ID documents to them of which i did but and had no feedback from them, i kept emailing but not getting any response and that was 2018, now they telling me my points have expired. Such ****py service. Would never recommend to anyone.
