OLD MUTUAL REWARDS

OLD MUTUAL REWARDS IS A DISAPPOINTMENT. I have sent my documents for verification on the 30th November. On the 1st December consultant Vuyolwethu sends an email confirming that they received it and that it would take 5-7 days to verify. It is now the 19 December and 2 follow emails and still no response. Can somebody please help!!! I would like to spend my rewards for Christmas
