Old mutual rewards

I was ****med by this old mutual rewards because there is options where you have to refer friends and get certain points. I did refer my friends and help them do that and using my reference. And then old mutual didn't give me points as promised. And when I enquire about it they told me they will investigate and I had to follow them about and checking what's the response after investigating and I was told it will take 6 month to investigate. I ddnt give up because I feel ******, six months later I emailed to check the progress and I was told after investigate it doesn't show on their side that I referred people. After sending them screenshot of the people I referd. The fact that I had to follow them for something they promise to give. This is a ****... I'm angry because there is no customer service here, having to keep on checking. Please sort this out. I will never recomend to anyone.
