Old mutual rewards

I joined this old mutual reward thing, and then my partner joined under me, i submitted his documents on the 20th already but they have not verified him as yet,someone by the name of faith kente rep**** and said he needs to update his details on the profile which we did, she then said we need to resend the ID copy cause she's not able to see what we sent, so we resent the ID 3 days ago she's only replying today telling me that she cannot save the ID copy on her side and I have been asking her to tell me how must I send it but she's not helping instead what she does is to reply after 3 days, what is that??? We spend time and data doing their quizz but at the end of the day we can't use the points cause they don't want to do their job
