Old Mutual returement

Last year was retrenched from work I went to Old Mutual to report for my retirement policy told them not to debit anymore till I find another job il let them know,the account I was paid up on a system but I was debited every month I went to report they said they will solve the matter cause they’ve been trying to put the money back on my account but it bounce back I gave them a right account nos till today no refund,I went back they said again they will resolve the matter but today I wake up I’m debited again can just Old Mutual pay back my R3825 back and stop debiting me please if possible they can just even give me the money I saved up with them and permanently close that account cz I cnt I’m not working ppl send me money to buy wat I can buy they debit and it cnt even be reversed I need help
