Old mutual retirement fund and Saccawu provident fund

Good day, am a former PnP employee under Saccawu. I had my provident fund under Old Mutual. I resigned from PnP on the 5th of May 2022 but until now I have not received my provident fund. Old Mutual is not even telling me why there is a delay. They don't assist me even when I call or email them instead they are rude. This is very frustrating now.
