Old Mutual retirement assistance is pathetic
Old Mutual retirement fund is most u helpful, they had 3 days to request a tax directive but told me it's too late for them I must contact SARS myself and SARS refer me back to fund administrator, Old Mutual. Must say Sanlam provided a much more helpful service than old mutual
