Old mutual retirement annuity fund is holding my money for such a long period, it's over a month now

Old mutual is holding my money which I app**** for surrender value and cash out from the 09th of Julu 2021, they do not call, neither deposit my money to my bank they keep on responding thus they still await the response from the tax directive so that they can deposit my money into my bank which is frustrating me because I am faced with financial issues whi h I need to repent. Please assist me with this matter
